referred to as Hospital Newspaper), has procedures in place to collect data

certain groups. By doing this, Hospital Newspaper can obtain advertising
revenue that permits it to provide online service free of charge. Hospital

"Submit" button to cancel your account. Upon termination, your account
information will not necessarily be removed entirely from Hospital Newspaper -
this is to reserve your identity so that no one else can create a new account
with your member name or email address, and also allows you the privilege of
reactivating your account at a later date if you wish to use Hospital Newspaper
again. The termination of your Hospital Newspaper membership will not
automatically terminate any affiliated memberships or registrations you have
formed through Hospital Newspaper. If, after having joined a Hospital Newspaper
